The Pumpkin Spice Specialty Dozen was amazing! Most excellent way to start fall.

At the Tim Price Way location The lady with the unpronounceable name that starts with W of African descent and sound like a baby has a very very bad attitude!!! She made me wait at the menu board to place an order for 2 donuts and a small cup of coffee, she made me repeatedly repeat my order 3 times as if I wasn 't speaking loud enough.The worst I 've ever come across! I ask her for the store number and her name she asked me why??? Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! I instantly ask for the manager because of how I was treated. I tried to have a private conversation but the lady was all in my mouth and uttering words as I talked to the manager, the manager didn 't even have the decency to remove her from the window knowingly that the lady was still standing beside her, she need to be fired! I never felt so humiliated in my life!

I do not patronize Krispy Kreme often; the donuts are too sweet, but I had a sweet tooth and reluctantly detoured to attempt to find something. The hours clearly showed retail store open til 10 p.m., but the door was locked. Then an employee told me that the lobby closes at 9 and only the drive-thru was open, but it was 8:57. Probably would have been disappointed anyway as I have been in the past so they saved me from disappointment. Just annoyed that I wasted my valuable time going there in the first place.?

Yens disappointed me Krispy Kreme. These are thinner and smaller than usual but the price has raised. I felt a small crunch and it was old sugar. GRRRR

Came in to buy donuts for the nurses at VCU to show my appreciation for the great care of my loved one. The young lady behind the counter was so helpful and cheery. I truly appreciate great customer service because it brightens your day. I also feel it is necessary to acknowledge great service ?
