Mamma Zu - Richmond

This Italian restaurant was a delicious hole in the wall. I loved the family service. I recommend the pasta and the squid salad. I don't even like tiramisu and it was good. We loved these two bottles of red wine. Treana was my favorite. You take reservations for 6 and everyone must be there to sit.

Tent to Mamma Last Thursday night for a date night. Great little spot. Classic RVA hole in the wall dining shop, which is often surpassed by visitors. I would recommend this place over many of the other mainstream restaurants in the area. Great food. It is a tight space, but make yourself comfortable and enjoy the moods with friends or your partner. The tiramisu is to die and a dessert that you do not want to miss!!!

If you're a food, you have to go. You know that the negative reviews do not apply to you. You will know what to do, you will not be surprised. Have fun. The duck for me is my clamp here in a reduced Marsala and Dimiglas has been the same for over 20 years, cooked for perfection. The Polnta is the way it should be, multi textured with a crisp side, soft center and has an actual taste. Navy beans cooked to be softened, but still thier form with fatback that does not overpower the beans. Just go.

2017-11-16 Rocks, pasta with garlic oil, and spaghetti and meatballs were all very good. No reservations for parties less than 8 persons, it is best to arrive early, so you can go and take a place/table; one, when the other guests told us at the door that on Friday, there is a really long line to come into the door.

It is a Italian food restaurante, you can find good prices with a lot of food!
