The 2 people behind the counter acted like I was not there. 10 mins walking by me not making any eye contact. I left the store and walked over to Wendy's next door who were very polite. McDonald's SUCKS. this McDonald's.
I ordered two 3.50 bundles and a sweet tea and after clarifying the size of tea (large) was told my total was $9.20 or so. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before reaching the first window where i paid. I got to the second window and received a single 3.50 bundle and no tea. I told the lady what I had ordered and she stammered for a little and then said sorry, that's all we have. I asked if i could received my full order and pay for my full order (after look at receipt, they only charged me for one bundle and no tea). She said no, I would have to go back in line. Absolutely terrible customer service. Please make some effort to rectify the mistakes made.
Myself and 2 other friends went through the drive thru. We had placed mobile orders for our food and were told they can't take 3 orders through the drive thru. The employee had a snippy tone in her voice as well. As a former McDonald's employee I know this to be false. The employee should of had no issues taking the mobile orders. So we had to wait even longer and go back through the drive thru and wait unnecessarily. Don't be lazy and do your job.
What is this place? I think brand from goonies is the bad guy in that dead pool movie.
Go somewhere else. I just left there and I was overcharged because the cashier did not know how to enter the mobile code. The manager was unmotivated and seemingly unwilling to correct the error. The sandwich was overcooked and french fries were cold. Spare yourself and go elsewhere.
