Mod Pizza - Richmond

This is our go-to MOD pizza location. I’m not a pizza lover but this place has converted me. I love how everything can be customized and more importantly, they have my favorite crust! Even better is their rewards program and my kids love it!Food: 5/5

This is the second time I use the app to order online. Both times I placed the order through the app and when I arrived at the restaurant's front counter to pick up my order as instructed on the app, they said they were still working on it. Turns out they didnt prepare and bake the order until after I arrived. People who were in line when I arrived received their order much earlier than me. What is the point of having an app and taking online orders if they aren't going to start your order until several minutes after you arrive. There was plenty of staff so I don't think that was the issue. Seems you get your food faster if you just stand in line. Food taste was fair at this location.

Yepp! A screw was in my pizza from the oven. I threw my pizza away. Management told me to send a picture and they’d refund my money. I’m super sad about this. I didn’t trust the pizza I got for my daughter either so we tossed that. I won’t be back. I would have hoped management had more to say upon receiving the picture.

We arrived right before 10:30 when it opened and doors were open and they were ready to serve us. Service was personable and quick. Loved all the veggie options and meat options. I’m particular for eating only chicken breast meat for chicken and they verified it was breast meat.

My son is very selective with food. He definitely enjoyed his pizza and was asking for more. MOD pizza is very clean, all ingredients are fresh, pizza is not soggy nor greasy and the staff is very friendly. We had a great experience.
