O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Richmond

Usually this facility has a good service and food. Today was probably the day nobody wanted to work on. I understand that there are short staff everywhere, but if you have 10 cars, when that, in the parking lot and little to no one sitting inside, eating, there is no reason that a party of 10 has to wait for the service.

Our meal was incredible food-wise but it wasn 't until after our biscuits and appetizer were long finished did we finally get our waters delivered to the table. Then when it was time to check out, our server came back to our table and asked us to clarify which card was for which bill again 'because he wasn 't paying attention when we told him the first time. ' His words, lmao. Straight up terrible service every time I have gone to this restaurant, which is a shame because the food is usually very good.

I had low expectations for dinner here... I was so wrong! The burgers were huge and cooked to order, the toppings were fresh tasting (Excellent pickles! , and the fries were equally as good! They also had sweet potato fries which stole the show, unfortunately they no longer serve them... It was so good, I went back again 2 weeks later, and we rarely order from restaurants these days. Did I mention it was about $35 for 3 meals?? Don't sleep on Charley's!

I arrived at this location 6300block of West broad st near the Burlington Coat factory and stop at the entrance while the employees just walked by and huddled in their group talking, there were only 2 customers in the entire restaurant. I will not visit this location again. We were not seated nor were we greater by anyone...they just walked by and continued their conversations.

Disappointed. It took about 15 min to get a table even though there were plenty available, but I'm guessing it's due to low staffing? When I was finally seated it was a section that was so cold, I needed to get my jacket. The bread that supposed to come out before your order came out after my order and it was disgustingly sweet. The margarita was ok, to but it was all ice and it tastes like the mix you buy a gallon of for $4, which is what they charged me for the glass. But worst of all was the tiny burger and even smaller fries, as seen from the photo you get more food at any other restaurant, even fast food. The service was ok, but I will not be coming back here.
