After she returned, we placed our order for the ultimate shrimp. We waited and waited, and sitting at table 6 in the back felt like being in a chaotic scene because of all the plates and glasses crashing in the kitchen. The noise from the kitchen crew was like a bunch of kids at a daycare, laughing and shouting. One hour later, our waitress returned and complained, "I hate this place!" She explained that there was an issue with a new computer system and our order hadn’t gone through, but they would speed it up. The manager came over to apologize and offered us a complimentary appetizer. After about another half hour with no appetizer, our food finally arrived. We had a couple of bites, and then the waitress came back asking if we wanted a refill. We said not yet, but that the appetizer would be nice. She brought the appetizer, and then another guy came with yet another one. I told him to just leave it on the table since we were already overwhelmed. At this point, I was left waiting for more shrimp since our waitress had disappeared again. When she finally returned, she went on another rant about how much she hates working there, how much money they waste on broken dishes, and how miserable she is with her job. I finally had enough and asked for a box for the leftover appetizers. The manager came back and offered us a small discount on the bill, but even at that, the total of $43 still felt excessive for this experience. I left feeling highly disappointed and likely won’t be coming back for a long while. We dined on October 20, 2023, at table #6, and the waitress never introduced herself. The waitress was excellent—quick and friendly. My only issue was that the steak and lobster tail were quite small; I finished them in just three bites. From my experience in the kitchen, I know that the portion sizes weren't quite right. It seemed like a rough night for the staff; the waitress, whose name I believe was Leslie, had to deal with some very picky customers. Despite that, she performed amazingly. The lobster tail was cooked well, both tender and firm, just as it should be. The steak was one of the best I've had, but it definitely didn’t seem like a 7-ounce cut.
