Lots of bar games as well pool table, darts, golf game, etc. There's bocci courts out back they need volunteers to take care of that specific area) and horse shoe sand) areas in front of the building. If you are a JEOPARDY tv watcher...well you'll definitely be welcomed here A group of folks gather daily to watch Jeopardy! SMOKERS LOUNGE There is a dedicated year-round, covered patio) area for smokers with couches, high-top tables and low seated tables, plenty of standing room, outdoor tv and electric on the wall fireplace. FOOD Tuesdays are Taco Tuesday $3) Thursdays are steak potato days they serve other meals that day as well) 3rd Sundays are Free Breakfast full meal/with OJ) they do ask for a donation. They have plenty of meal specials throughout the year. DURING the day you can bring in your own food as long as they are NOT COOKING) they ask that you purchase a beverage!! There is pizza to purchase. FOOD DONATIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! ROOM RENTAL This VFW has a large area to rent with bar and his/her restrooms. Access to the commercial kitchen, etc. I've nothing bad to say about this place. It's home away from home. If you don't have a home nor family...come here and you'll have friends and family!
Here for a diabetic fund raiser. They were great to us
Fantastic place!Let's the boy scout troop sell Christmas trees here every year.
On Fridays during Lent, they offer a fish fry. They're also working on adding new dishes for Thursdays—so far, they've featured a Polish-style kielbasa and potatoes, as well as a lamb and beef stew on different weeks. As always, there's a bar. Thanks to the renovations, the interior no longer smells like cigarettes, as they have moved smoking to a covered outdoor area. The beer selection is surprisingly good and reasonably priced, featuring standard AB products along with local craft brews like UCBC and 4 Hands on tap during our last visit. When the weather is nice, they have tables and chairs set up outdoors, allowing for social distancing. Inside, seating is limited, but we were able to sit at tables in the hall while maintaining social distance during food service.
