Service was slow. Food not hot and chips rubbery but made no fuss. Week later got a £100 parking fine because over 60 minutes. Never go near the place Parking: Took over 1hr to get and eat meal so got a £100 parking fine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

After my nephew pass out parade at ITC went for a family lunch to celebrate. The waiting was over an 1hr. I received a parking charge of £100. I stayed over 21min. The service was poor. I got charged because of the incompetent of the staff at this KFC on Richmond Road, Catterick. If the food came quicker I would never be charged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Service: Dine in
