Pizza Bella - Richmond Upon Thames

The food arrived hot and the owner was very kind, even offering us napkins. We are regular customers here and always enjoy their delicious and fresh pizza.

Great pizza! came within 30 minutes, and tasted amazing good customer service and baking hot fresh pizza!

Food is usually tasty but this past month or so has been a let down. No Margherita pizza, salad and the food came cold and didn’t help when wanting to fix the situation. Didn’t expect this at all:

I am a regular customer at Pizza Bella and I place the same order every month. We usually order through their online website, which promises a 20% discount. However, when we attempted to place our usual order tonight, the discount was not applied. I called and was assured that we would receive the discount as usual. After a few minutes, I realized that they were charging us a higher price than usual. When I called back, the customer service representative admitted to lying and stated that because we had not ordered online, we would be charged the normal price, despite initially agreeing to the discount. The representative already had our card details from previous orders and threatened to charge us anyway. As loyal customers, we expect better service and do not appreciate being threatened.

Well not only took 1 hour for my pizzas to arrive, but they were quite.. Disgusting? I ordered 1 MEAT FEAST and 1 HAM AND MUSHROOM, im gonna leave 2 pictures of them so you can judge.
