Little Caesars Pizza - Ridgecrest

This is the worst pizza shop because you need to wait 20 minutes for a hot and ready

Always seems up to 1/2 oven, and late. Can drive from trona to the store and hit until 20min. Employees try to help with customer service, but this is only so far

Hot N Ready Lunch Combo. Fast service. Brian greeted me and the customer service was exceptional. Definitely will come again for another deep plate pepperoni.

Food was good, simple pizza for a decent price. However, the staff could use some customer service training. Ordered early and requested a subsequent pickup. Restaurant was busy so I can understand why my pizza was made 30 minutes after the desired pick-up time. During the waiting, the employee was rude behind the counter and gave everyone in the attitude when they were asked about the status of the commands. I have worked food service and understood that busy times can be stressful, but that does not give an excuse to be rude and impatient with customers.

I love me some affordable and delicious Little Ceasars Pizza. BUT this place never has anything hot and ready. Be prepared for a twenty minute wait. Sometimes the pizza is made with love and sometimes I am very disappointed. They can pretty much get away with it though because the are they only Little Ceasars in Ridgecrest.
