Bidra med feedbackI love pho and happy to see Ridgecrest I am new in town) had a Vietnamese restaurant. I had a spring roll and the beef ballpho. It was very good. I like to tweek my Pho, so it's a little sharp. They had everything I needed to tweek, but honestly I just added a little Sriracha sauce because the base soup was very tasteful. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.
"My go-to spot for delicious pho! The restaurant is typically quite calm, which I really enjoy. It's great to have a place where I can unwind and enjoy some noodles in peace. The owner is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. My favorite dish now is the chicken pho with extra lime, but they also serve bunh bao, which is fantastic—especially with hoisin sauce. The shopping center that houses this restaurant is always quiet too, and there's plenty of parking available!"
The atmosphere is very pleasant, creating an authentic vibe. The music is primarily Vietnamese, with soothing sounds in the background. The Thai tea was just perfect. Though the initial service was a bit slow, I enjoyed the waterfall pond feature. An additional highlight is the small but lovely selection of prepared foods available for purchase to cook at home. The food is excellent and free from any unpleasant flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely return with my kids and friends.
This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves food! The service is exceptional, and every dish feels like a home-cooked meal. Those who left negative reviews should definitely give it another chance. Craig and his wife Rachel are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience.
