Pho Crq - Ridgecrest

I love pho and happy to see Ridgecrest I am new in town) had a Vietnamese restaurant. I had a spring roll and the beef ballpho. It was very good. I like to tweek my Pho, so it's a little sharp. They had everything I needed to tweek, but honestly I just added a little Sriracha sauce because the base soup was very tasteful. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, creating an authentic vibe. The music is primarily Vietnamese, with soothing sounds in the background. The Thai tea was just perfect. Though the initial service was a bit slow, I enjoyed the waterfall pond feature. An additional highlight is the small but lovely selection of prepared foods available for purchase to cook at home. The food is excellent and free from any unpleasant flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely return with my kids and friends.
