In recent years we have stayed at this site several times and the last two last stays were far below satisfactory starting with no hot water, and tw did not work. I tried to find the recipe without luck later they did not help in the night or before 730 in the morning, when we saw how the recipe aid appeared as we left. I know they are currently being rebuilt. when we checked the next trip, I said something about that no hot water and the tw doesn't work. it was played as if it wasn't a big thing. this trip we were in a converted room. the rooms are like an echo chamber. no big fan. Coffee maker has not worked on this trip, which is an important thing for some people. we both tried several times even other plug-ins without luck. After she had said something about the hotel not working, she called a lousy after both of us tried. in any case, it won't stay there again. with their price increases and quality go on hills it is worth staying the 15min drive in uray

We have stayed her twice and both of them were great! the staff is friendly and helpful! breakfast was good with various options!

A star for the friendly employee, but unfortunately this is where the buck stops. the last time we stayed, there was no hot water, and tw didn't work. they are under a change so that we try to be understanding and give them the geduld they ask with signs to redesign. when we checked this time, we asked about the hot water (that was a real bummer last trip for my friend, he had worked all day and really wanted a hot shower) and the very nice man at the reception said the problems were done and we would stay in a converted room. both were true. we were in a converted room and we had hot water! the converted rooms are however....differently the first thing we have noticed is the laminate that penetrates a terrible echo in the room. it looks good! echoes terrible. white trost, white leaves were also not clean. Usually when we were there, they have a small basket with chocolate, popcorn, local menus. this time there were no chocolates and the basket was not neat as usual I wonder if there was only one furnished room, not a cleaned room. the last straw had no coffee when I got up. Yeah, it was early, I think I'm working early....it was just before 7 o'clock. but the coffee machine in the room was broken. I, desperately, put it in numerous sockets with zero luck. So I took the dog and went to the lobby. they were always very courteous and friendly to our fur baby. but he really didn't like the laminate floor. no coffee in me when I reached the lobby. I finally got a cup at 7:45 when I went through the lobby to look. I had to get it from the recipe. idk, if they usually have to buy a cup or if I only got one cup because my coffee machine does not work, but it was not a self-service situation. at this point I have let people know about our previous experience and this. he asked in which room we were and said that the coffee was done at 7:30 o'clock.

Delicious eating and loved they had a vegan option: their black bean burger. very friendly staff and cook. thank you!

We have stayed here many times over the years but over the past two years the service and room quality have decreased while the price has increased. Covid is over and yet there is no room service but the nightly rate would seem to indicate otherwise. Renovated rooms are a nice touch until you realize that pedestal sinks provide room for only a toothbrush. Who puts a shelf on the wall next to the shower head spray which decreases the room in an already small space? Looking for a place to hang your coat? Not in your room. Need to get ice from the hotel ice machine? Nothing in the room to go get it with. And the rooms are really dark with minimal lighting. Renovation is great if it’s actually thought through. At least the beds are comfortable but bring your own pillow!
