Our family of 4 enjoyed a tasty meal in this simple and nice establishment prices are affordable for Riga Old Town even if you do have to go down to the bar to place your order (or end up waiting for long . We got grilled sandwiches as a snack and I was very happy they didn’t put oodles of cheese into my ham tostada. Coctails are lovely and really good price for old town (6€ . Sandwiches were 5€. Total bill snacks drinks was 39€, which is super reasonable. Lots of choice of beer including on tap. WC is clean decent. No easy wheelchair access as there are stairs to go down, but streetlevel is ok. We didn’t try the famed Latvian food options, but I’m tempted to come back for those. The menu is extensive.

Nice location but lukewarm service. The food was good: Hunter's Pot was rich and delicious, but the baked salmon with vegetables was oversalted and a bit overdone.

Very nice simple food, well cooked. Friendly staff and cheap.
