Conca D'oro - Rijeka

Probably the best restaurant in Rijeka. The food was excellent! Probably the best fish soup I've ever had! The taste was rich and satisfying. The soup was filled with large and clobular fish. After soup I had pljukanci (homemade Istrian pasta) with shrimp tail and zucchini. I don't know how but zucchini was very tasty and sweet compared to usual empty or even bitter taste. I complicated the dish with wine of the house, malvazija (Istrian wine), which was quite delicious with sweet refreshing aftertaste. I will praise the staff again, especially the waiter. I'd give it more stars if possible.

Such a quiet and amazing restaurant with a great dim lit ambience, very near to Rijeka city clock tower. They have pretty good varieties of food on their menu including vegetarian and salad options (which is reduced drastically during special occasions or carnival season). Their Funghi pizza was too good in my opine. The chilli flavoured olive oil (they make their own) was a perfect addition to the pizza.

Great place to visit, where to eat, where to teach anything about Rijeka 's persons. Have you heard about Robert Whitehead 's invention of torpedo? What is perfected from Vukić 's concept?

The food was incredible, the Service was amazing and the Ambiente from the Restaurant including the music in the back was just perfekt. We got a good Wine service and have a good chat with the waiter. Very good vibes.

Restaurant is located closeby the main square Korzo in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Portions are big and tasty. The offer of dishes is very attractive for everyone taste. They offer meat, seafood, fish, pizza. Interior is creative where guest feel extremely comfortable.
