The environment is wonderful: cozy and familiar. A place to spend an evening in company and with lots of chatting. The service excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Minimum waiting times and care in customer management. The negative note is unfortunately the food: from a sushi bar with an à la carte menu you expect proportionate quality. The rice was unevenly cooked and some grains undercooked. Medium quality salmon. The rolls prepared roughly and often not compact when taken from the plate. If I had to use just one word to describe everything I would say spectacular. The best and most unique sushi I've ever eaten, fast service with attention to detail down to the smallest details. Very kind and super nice owners. Everything perfect, it couldn't be better, I highly recommend this restaurant. Having guests for dinner, I called at lunch time to better organize the order! I called to inquire about some dishes to ensure I received the correct dishes. Out of 7 dishes ordered, 3 were incorrect and missing: we had to wait a good 35 minutes and in any case they neither brought me the correct dish nor refunded my money even though we returned the incorrect dish (the order was written correctly, but the dish it contained an ingredient that I can't eat because I'm allergic). Not only does a dish on the menu cost €4 and they made us pay €6 (40% more). They made me make a terrible impression on my guests: change jobs.
