Jersey Mike's Subs - Ringgold

I had mixed feelings about Jersey Mike's in past great food but not he best service until today we had a sub missing and the workers at the store made my replacement aeemless. Charles was fantastic I was in and out of the location in a matter of I believe 5 minutes. Charles if you read this thank you for making my replacement to make matters better the food was A

WORST EVER!!! ordered 3 giants. 1 #17)they left off lettuce and onion. 1 #16) ordered extra chese paid for extra cheese, barely had any cheese, 3 #17) was made correctly but it too went into trash, after 2 bites my tongue had severe salt burn. This was a late order called 15 minutes before closing time. Not sure if it was a lesson about calling so late, or if they are just going down hill. But I'm not looking to spending another $60 to find out!!Jersey Mike's, Fort Oglethorpe you let my family down.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop. I just moved to Alabama wish there was one here. I will continue to go to Hixson, TN. Highly
