Brady's At The Reservoir - Ringwood

This restaurant is definitely one of the most enjoyable spots in the area. Every time I visit, I leave feeling delighted. They consistently uphold their high standards of service and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You can always count on being satisfied here. I highly recommend it!

I attended a communion party at this restaurant, which coincided with another event in a separate room. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food was served quickly and was hot, which was impressive given the number of guests. The outdoor seating is a delightful and relaxing experience. The food is consistently great and delicious; I haven't had a bad meal here yet. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the interior design and decor are appealing year-round. This is a fantastic spot for any occasion, whether it's lunch, a date night, or just a few drinks at the bar. There's really not much to dislike about this local gem!

We recently celebrated my son's first birthday at this restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and everyone enjoyed the food. The decor of the space was also very nice. The only downside to our experience was the ladies' restroom, which could use some improvement. The cabinets were broken, the garbage hadn’t been emptied from the night before, and the toilet paper wasn’t stocked. Despite this, we were very happy with the service! A young woman and a young gentleman, whose names I can't recall, were exceptional. We visited on February 23rd at 11 am.

Worst service I've ever experienced. First off, there was an issue with our order getting to the kitchen, which is fine mistakes happen. That is not the complaint. But we were sitting for quite a while wondering before finally the manager came to tell us what happened. We then sat the next 10 minutes with empty drinks. Once our food arrived the expeditor refilled our drinks, instead of the waitress, which we still haven't seen since she took our order. She never checked to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything else. She did manage to bring us more napkins, once we already finished eating and had no more use for them. We saw her standing at the end of the bar doing nothing, which only added to our confusion of why we were getting such poor service. If you work in the service industry and expect to make money from tips, you should do your job and serve your guests. She was quick to clear our table though, not even giving us a chance to get up and clear out. On the way out the manager apologized again for the wait, which again wasn't the problem, instead she should worry about training her service staff on how to perform BASIC restaurant etiquette.

This was one of my favorite places to go with my wife. We both always enjoyed going there. Service was always good food good. Unfortunately our last visit might have been our last. We we're sat in a back corner table and it seemed like our server forgot about us. Took a long time to take our drink orders and to deliver them. When we finally got our order in that took a long time to get as well. They brought my wife's food out first, even though we ordered at the same time. The server finally comes to me and said my order was given to another table and would get me my order. When I finally got it the server was avoiding us. We asked for the check and a box to go. Unfortunately the service we received deserved no tip. Only the 2nd time in my life I have not left a tip for the server.
