The china kitchen serves great Chinese food for a reasonable price

Fresh. Food is pretty good and obviously very fresh. Good service. Reasonable prices. My only complaint is that the food is under-seasoned. Who makes wonton soup without some green onion-besides China Kitchen.

First a little skeptical. Once inside and the food arrive...it was DELICIOUS! Ordered the lunch special. General Tso chicken. Comes with fried rice, egg drop soup and an egg roll.

Will go back. One of the few Chinese places in Rio Rancho with good cuisine, and quiet atmosphere. Went here right before a holiday and was amazed that it was so empty. The food was great and my dish was pretty authentic. Husband ordered the crab Rangoon and it was fresh/crispy (not like some of the stale stuff we've had around here). Has great lunch specials and I plan to go back as soon as possible.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The owner is the niece of the original owners. She has added many options to the menu and they don't use MSG and only use fresh vegetables. I ordered a Coke and C20 lunch portion of pineapple chicken. It's a lot food but it tastes great. I chose brown rice and it has BBQ pork in it. If you dine in, you get egg drop soup with it. It also comes with a great eggroll. The total came to $9.78 I will return.
