Target - Rio Rancho

This location has undergone a fantastic renovation, and the women's department is outstanding, always stocked with great clothes and accessories. No matter the season, I can always find the perfect item. I might spend a bit too much here, haha! The staff are really friendly, and it's not too crowded, so you can browse at your leisure. It's very well organized too.

We came to close in 15 minutes (I know, I know... but the employees were total troopers! especially there was a guy who helped us buy an instax pocket printer who was really very helpful... he went out his way to do this, although it was obvious that he was on the way to the back (Haft Articles/cartons in his arms still he stopped seeing product information for us on so that we can compare which we would actually enjoy. I'm so sorry that we didn't catch your name, but thank you are a choice employee, the goal should definitely be proud, you have made the shopping experience 100% positive, that was nothing but smooth completely seamless with your attention helpfulness!

I would like to express my gratitude to Alex in the Guest Services department for his attentiveness, clear explanations, and outstanding customer service. On May 11, 2022, I went to pick up an online order and inquired whether he needed to verify the inventory last minute. Not only did he confirm the quantity at another location, but he also placed the order and arranged for it to be shipped to my home free of charge within four days! His commitment to ensuring efficiency and immediate availability, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor and providing thorough explanations, made my experience truly exceptional.

The wonderful staff at Target were busy helping other customers, so my daughter rolled down her window to get the attention of one of the employees, who I’ll refer to as Superhero Target Worker 1. She apologized, took the container, and said she would be right back with another one. I told her it was okay; I didn’t want to create more work for her or cause any inconvenience. However, Superhero Target Worker 1 insisted and hurried off to get me a new container. While we waited (which wasn’t long at all), another staff member, Superhero Target Worker 2, came over with another customer’s order. Instead of delivering it to that customer, he stopped at my car, apologized for the issue, and handed me a gift card! I was surprised, and my daughter and I couldn’t believe it, especially since it wasn’t the fault of either worker. Then Superhero Target Worker 2 said, “Oh, she’s here!” and Superhero Target Worker 1 came running over to my car like she was on a mission! She apologized again, and I told her not to worry about it; it wasn’t her fault. I really appreciated her kindness and generosity. What struck me is that the staff could have easily said, “Ma’am, you’ll have to go back and take care of that yourself,” or something similar. Instead, they made sure that my experience at their "convenient" drive-through remained just that—convenient. Despite the fact that I had three lively kids in the car, these two superhero workers exemplified outstanding customer service! I will definitely continue shopping here with the highest regard. If management happens to read this, please know that this occurred on July 7, 2022, at 7:20 PM. I hope you acknowledge these two employees since it’s rare to find such excellent service these days!

I wish I still lived in Rio Rancho because this Target is the best. It is well-stocked, clean, nice parking lot and great Staff. I have yet to have a bad experience. The layout of the store is nice because there is lots of room to move around and not like some of the stores in Albuquerque which are more crowded because there is just more stuff on the floor. I recommend. I will even go out of my way to visit this Target location.
