Wendy's - Rio Rancho

The burger I had there was actually very good. The guy working the drive thru was friendly.

The 2 girls working drive thru were too busy gossiping and rating male co- workers to have manners or even say you 're welcome. Window was open the whole time as they giggled spoke about people. Then when I thanked them I had the window slammed in my face. So thanks to the short girl with disgusting long nails the taller girl with the purple beads in her hair. Won 't be back.

It 's nice to have a place that has an open lobby ???? so you can eat your food while it 's warm. Most places we go you have to use the drive-thru because their lobbies are closed. This place was clean and quiet. Seating was very comfortable as recently remodeled. And using the app you can order buy one and get one free sandwiches . Plus senior citizens get free drinks!

We used the Wendy's app to place our order. It was easy to complete and get what we wanted. The food was good and hot. It was fast and friendly customer service at a fast food eatery for dining/take out.

Keep in mind I love Wendy?s this is my go to fast food restaurant chain but I will never ever eat at this Wendy?s location again I ordered a 4 for $4 they had me waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot my burger. I told the employee at the window that my burger was missing from my order, the employee apologized and handed me my missing burger. My pregnant girlfriend took a bite of the burger and quickly realized in disgust that it was not cooked.
