Subway - Rio Vista

The hours they have posted are from 7a -9p NOT 7a- 8:15p NOT 8:30 NOT 8:45p which means they need to be serving food until 9p !!! Myself and My sister n law have been to this location which is RIO VISTA,TX BONEY JOES ! IF YOU GO TO THIS SUBWAY ANYTIME AFTER 8p THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE CLOSED AND WILL NOT SERVE YOU ANY FOOD BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE CLOSED! BUT THEIR HOURS SAY THEY ARE OPEN TILL 9p, WHICH MEANS THEY SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO SERVE YOU FOOD UNTIL 9p! BUT THEY CANT AND WONT BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY PUT AWAY ALL OF THEIR FOOD AND CLEANED OR ARE FINISHING UP CLEANING FOR THE NIGHT SO THEY CAN WALK OUT THE DOOR AT 9P. WELL THATS FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT ! CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 8:30P IF YOUR GOING TO STOP SERVING FOOD BEFORE 9P !!!! YOUR SUPPOSE TO SERVE FOOD UNTIL CLOSING TIME THEN YOU START YOUR CLOSING PROCESS WHICH WOULD BE PUTTING YOUR FOOD AWAY AND CLEANING THE RESTERAUNT ETC. SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE NIGHT MANAGER BECAUSE SHE IS THE ONE THAT IS REFUSING TO SERVE CUSTOMERS AFTER 8p BECAUSE SHE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 8:30p. THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO SHOW THAT PLEASE!!! I HAVE ALREADY CALLED YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM .

My mother sent me up here for a sub. I was served by some young, giggly, and funny young ladies. Mom said the sandwich was good so good job.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The woman who served us was quite unpleasant and lacked any customer service skills. The sandwiches we ordered were a disaster; they were so messy that we couldn't even hold them properly. She only partially cut the sandwiches, so they looked like a pile of mush. I ended up having to use a plate to catch the mess and a fork to eat it. The food was not good at all, and the service was awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I deserve a full refund for this experience. The employee definitely needs training in customer service!

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich despite there being only five people ahead of me in line. The staff working on Sunday around 7 PM were just standing in the back chatting. They also messed up two pizzas, which caused two customers to leave. One of the employees' names was Logan, and another had curly hair but wasn’t wearing a name tag.

If you order a sub here, I recommend going in person instead of calling it in. I ordered an American Club and when I picked it up, there were hardly any veggies. From now on, I'll make sure to go inside and see it being made.
