Sonic Drive-in - Ripon

Terrible customer service! They were only accepting drive-thru orders, and they didn't communicate that clearly. The staff seemed quite unmotivated. After trying the food, I would say it’s the worst fast food experience I've had—though the hot fudge sundae is the one redeeming quality. Really disappointing overall.

On my second visit, I found myself in a similar situation. Once again, I was the only car in line, placed my order, paid, and then waited. This time, a younger girl pulled up behind me in the drive-thru. The young man working there seemed to know her or was interested in her, as he walked out to her window twice to deliver her food while I continued to wait. Ultimately, she ended up pulling around me and leaving. Overall, I don't plan on returning to this restaurant again.

I keep returning to this restaurant hoping to discover something on the menu that I enjoy, but I think it's time to accept that the food simply isn't very good. The tater tots, fries, burgers, hot dogs, and even the breakfast burritos are all just slightly below "okay." The ice cream is decent, but that's about it. It's worth noting that this isn't just a problem with this specific location; I find that Sonic as a whole tends to have underwhelming recipes. Everything I've tried at nearly every Sonic I've visited has been pretty bland.

Firstly no one answered the booth button for me for over 15 min. Went through the drive thru got my food and they forgot my cheese on my cheeseburger. Also no milk shakes today?? Fry's were decent. Whole time spent there was disappointing and couldn'tget a regular cheeseburger right. Meh

Ordered two footlong chili cheese dogs. Bread was stale and hotdogs were but black on one side making them hard half way threw. This is the 3rd time in a month. I have finally learned my lesson. The food is worse than 7-11
