Ritzville Subway

I stopped at this Subway two times in the last month and both were very bad experiences. On the first visit I was the only customer in the store but the gentlemen who was supposed to be working was sitting at a table eating and was not going to get up until done with his sandwich. I waited 10 minutes as he enjoyed his lunch without even acknowledging a customer was waiting for service so I left and went across the street to eat at McDonalds. Today on another trip I stopped in Ritzville and I thought I would give Subway another try and again I was the only customer in the store. I was served by the same gentleman but he was clearly unhappy to be making a sandwich for anyone and was uninterested in anything approaching customer service. Things got worse when I started eating my sandwich and discovered the bread must have been baked days before because it was completely stale. The meat and other ingredients were also poor quality. I should have asked for a refund but wasn't up for dealing with this bizarre guy again. I gave this place a second chance today but now I will never return. I am amazed that this person can hold a job with the really poor attitude he displays with customers. Bad service, overpriced, and poor quality. Avoid this Subway at all cost. Incredibly rude employees. EVERY TIME I EAT HERE. I don't know what the deal is but it's employees like this that give the food service industry a bad name. Really need to make some personnel changes because the food leaves a lot to be desired and that's without the disrespectful staff. I came at around 5 15pm Thursday October 5th and was helped by a woman. Watch out for this lovely lady. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They were from many things that were not updated on the app (not the restaurant's fault). The staff was super apologetic and did everything in their power to make it right. If we had 5 stars in service alone, if our sandwiches were made right, we couldn't find out until we get back on the street. No bad experience, but could be better.

The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score for its quality and taste. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant, creating a fantastic setting to enjoy a morning meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
