Friendly customer service. Holiday cup cakes are great.

Took wayy too long. They did no seem interested in serving the customers lining up.

I am not racist or something like that but people from that specific region who began to serve there changed the face of this business drastically. Their behavior with each other in front of other people with their families and kids, dirty looking hands and general sanitary situation forced me to keep far from that place. Although it used to be my kids' favorite ice cream store once. Our last visit was accompanied bybthis music sounding very loudly that did not let us sit there peacefullyand enjoy our ice cream. For us Cols Stone is a lost business!

Come here a few times, my teenagers like this place. Would be nice if they also have little kids price.

I don't know what's going on here. They didn't give me what I ordered, they didn't tell me they were out of what I wanted, the ice cream was warm and melted, they were so so slow, the cups were covered in ice-cream and so messy. They forgot to mix in what I asked for and just sprinkled it on top. We didn't even finish ours. It was melted. Never coming back.
