Potbelly - River Hill

One of the girls who helped me was incredibly rude, and I just had to leave without part of the order, even though they quoted me a time it would be ready (10 minutes). After the quoted time, she got short with me, and said too long! for when it would be ready, and didn 't let me wait for it or give me a new estimate. I overheard another customer getting a refund, and I see a lot of 1 ? reviews, so I imagine quite a few people are unhappy with the service/food.

Smelly, bad service, rotten apples on my salad twice in a row, and the manager didn't care to hear my concerns when I came in to complain. This used to be a go to spot for me, but I'm not compelled to return after my recent experiences.

The food was fine, but the lady who rung up my order added a tip for herself without even asking. After I scanned my credit card, she reached over to the keypad and pushed the add tip button. Who does that?

I tried to call in my sandwiches for Togo and was told I can't, could only order online for pickup. My main issue was I couldn't order it online I have a gift card I was trying to use and there wasn't a place to input gift card info nor option to pay at pickup. I just don't see why I couldn't just order my sandwiches over the phone and picked them up.

Service was good, pirced were little high, food was fast, taste bery good. I got the sandwich and soup special.. very good. Will come back if needed
