The Ale House Columbia - River Hill

Food and beer was great, but service was bad. We waited 32 minutes after we were seated before our server come to our table. We was unaware 2 menu items were unavailable from the kitchen and after our meal we had to walk around the restaurant looking for him to close our check.

The Ale House is a go to for us for brunch, lunch and dinner. Food is consistently good and they frequently have seasonal specials. It can be noisy at times. Love that they take reservations!!

We had a very pleasant experience last evening. Our food and server were excellent. We will be back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. One suggestion would be to have staff say goodbye as we exit the restaurant.

My order wasn't 100% correct. The issue was partially corrected. You may want to provide you wait staff devices so they can punch in the order while they are taking it because I think our server had a bad memory.

Thought it was good but I won't be coming back, nothing special about this place, it's just another bar restaurant. Service was great on the other hand
