Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

DELICIOUS! Always great food, great quality, perfect portions. I buy 1 salad and get 2 meals

I order a salad from Costa Vida through doordash 3 or 4 times a month. This salad appeared to be in a different dish with no salad lid, the tortilla wadded up, no crisp romaine just tops, too much rice and too many beans. It was a mushy mess. I was sorely disappointed :

Missing guacamole on 3 of the 4 entrees, lettuce added to 1 item that I specifically asked to have it removed.

Kids quesadillas and quesadillas both had tiny amounts of rice and beans. I ordered and paid for a 4oz ranch and didnt get any at all. Way too expensive for the amounts, non-amounts, quality and service.

Very stingy with the meat on the burritos and quesadillas , hardly any meat, packed on the rice to make it look full
