Big fan of the frynormous, I have not had much of anything else yet; maybe soon. I put 4/5 stars due to their ketchup situation; like the frynormous is literally a bag of fries. No matter who is working at this location, I can't speak for other locations) I always ask for hella ketchup; or alot of ketchup, and I don't know they all are hard of hearing, but gives me 5 packets. 5 packets for a bag of fries ?.
I ordered a chicken casadilla with a small fries. I paid almost $10 for this. The Castilian was thin with hardly any filling, the French fries were hot but less than desirable for quality and taste. I was disappointed.
Apparently corporate is having them make portions smaller. I won’t be going back, they get rid of the daily deals, happy hour and now this. No thank you!

When I got home, the burger was missing from my twin meal. I was super annoyed because it was too far to go back, plus if I did, my taco and fries would get cold. Not to mention, by that time, my appetite is over it. So I called and spoke to a manager whom I don 't recall her name. She admitted to having my burger there and initiated compensation by replacing my whole order the next time. When I went to get my replacement order less than a week later, the manager by the name of Bella was awful. She declined replacing my full order. She said all they forgot was my burger so that 's all she was going to replace. Then when I refused to accept that because I went there specifically for my replacement. She got very upset and rude. She questioned who I spoke with, which I couldn 't recall. However, I told her it was irrelevant because she had my name written down along with the issue previously. Eventually, she said, ok I don 't care about replacing your order, I 'm just saying I wouldn 't have done this for you . I ordered additional items during that time and knew I would pay for them, but she said, oh you have to pay for the other stuff . It seemed like she didn 't want me to order anything. She even made me forget to order my mom 's drink because of how upset she made me. As I was ordering she kept saying, uh huh, anything else . It was so disrespectful and obnoxious because she was talking over me. When I got to the window, they forgot my fries so I told the guy about it and he put them in. He did not tell me thank you, have a nice day or anything. I had to even request my condiments. The workers seemed stressed too. It was such a hostile situation. Bella is an incompetent manager who does not respect Bakers business and lacks customer service skills. Who made her manager? It 's not like I was at fault. I paid for a meal that I didn 't receive. It was their error. Then to top it off, when I got home, they forgot the easy dressing and tomatoe. I will not be returning to that bakers EVER. The car in front of me had issues too because they kept knocking at their drive thru window and took a long time. I called corporate two times and never received a call back. . *I took two videos to prove what they did. I 'm not trying to get a free meal. I paid for what I requested.
