Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely terrible experience. ordered 70.00 worth of food to wait for 45 minutes to get it. so ordered some salads to keep us. had to ask the staff to refresh the sald bar, just to get a huff and puff. we got our pizza mojoes and chicken. just that the chicken dry and no taste so asked that some ranch or bbq sauce just say there is a fee. You make sweat after you paid almost $90.00, you can't spare a few sauces. we went disgusting.
They can not walk through our table, who feared a ball we would fall our drinks, so we could not even eat comfortably because the parents don't know how to care about their children, is not a playground to play areas on the other side
When I was at Shakey about 10 years ago, I gave it up. but a good friend invited me and I must say it was worth it. the staff at gustavo is very helpful and friendly. in consideration of the fact, how busy it was, they remained cool, calm and collected. they kept the place clean and the service fast. I also noticed that gustavo checked the tables and asked customers whether everything was in order. in a time when personal touch and attention for the customers is rare, this place makes me dinner as in the 90s on a Friday evening. Many thanks for their hard work and delicious meals. I'll be back in a moment. the children were very happy, and we had a good time. the parts were good and we even had rest.
My son rode into his **** and blood came out that it was not cooked. I got more and no one was cooked, they all had blood. I told the manager, and she didn't care that she just told the cook to add a few more to the tablet and also leave the uncooked huh there. she assumed I didn't speak Spanish because she told the cook to add only a few so I would stop complaining. so rude. if my son gets sick, he'll hear from my lawyer. I saved the chicken and photos
The taste of the fried chicken and mojos was good as usual. But, the owner here, I assume this is a franchise location, may want to consider the relationship between customer satisfaction and interval of return visits. At 6:45 PM I was in this restaurant amongst a total of approximately 12 customers in the larger side of the restaurant. I've been a food service store manager and understand the need to control food cost, but I also know the message sent to your customers with very very small pieces of chicken is a very noticeable one. You charge a mid to premium price for your chicken, $9.49 for 4 pieces of chicken alone, yet I'd estimate that the vast majority of restaurants with chicken serve chicken at least double the size of yours. You can't believe that isn't noticable. There's those of us, including myself, who consider the draw of Shakey's the chicken and mojos. The employees were great, the service great. But, I doubt I'll ever visit this location again. It's not so much the money itself, it's that I think it's not a great idea to support a business owner who doesn't appear to have a strong handle on the value of customer satisfaction and business practices which consider the bigger picture.Franchisee: I already eluded to this, but I want to emphasize the point. While your pizza is good and your lunch buffet is probably quite popular, I want to remind you that what makes Shakey's unique is your chicken and mojos. If you're disappointing the customers there it can be a significant hit to your sales. I'm guessing doubling the size of your chicken would be less than a 10% hike on the food cost of the chicken alone, not on total sales(For any who might not fully understand that, the 10% I speak of is the cost as a percentage of the retail price of the product). I believe what that change can do for your store's reputation, which should extend to total sales, is likely to be significant as you give the customers time to notice the change. Remember that a customer who shows up once every couple months could become a customer showing up 2 or 3 times per month and is likely to order more than just chicken.I do wish you plenty of success and I hope you will think about what I've suggested.
