New York New York Pizza - Riverview

Stopped by for a slice of cheese pizza today, and for $2.69 I expected something more authentic. I was pretty disappointed with the pizza being heavy and way too much cheese for my taste. But always pale and almost undercooked. Just average, overpriced Pizza.

This is my first and last time to order a pizza from this place, take me 50 minutes to get my order and I understand is a holiday and they must be busy (was the only choice at the time) I pick up my order and I have a surprise when I realize my pizza was missing the sausage, so I call them to complain they ask me to send some pictures to make it right and promised me a credit for my next purchase, after they received the text with the pictures they come with a

Great pizza at Big Ben Road, I am not sure if eating the pizza at the store or taking it home makes a difference but the pizza at Bruce B Downs was a lot better.

Not only do they have great pizza but the subs and calzone are delicious. Today I had a sausage calzone, it was amazing. Generously sized (I cut it in half), stuffed with mozzarella, ricotta and sausage, brushed with garlic butter with a side of marinara sauce. Try it! You won't regret it. Price: $11.50

So we order from here pretty often because the pizza is great. Today I made a mistake when ordered. I put the wrong delivery address and they sent it to that address. I figured out my mistake and they re made me a new pizza and delivered it quickly to my house anyway. Excellent customer service. That is why I wrote this review. People should know when a business has amazing service. They didn?t have to do that. They have a Loyal customer now.
