Steak 'n Shake - Riverview

The food was hot and the fries were fresh. The young lady working the dining room was friendly and polite. HOWEVER, the men's restroom needs a better cleaning than just mopping the floor. The walls were dirty, the urinal was dirty, and the floor smelled of old urine.

This Steak n Shahe is sooo good and fresh!! My fries were piping hot and crispy and my burger made to order. I’ll be back

I have visited several different Steak n Shake locations between Orlando and Englewood Florida and I am almost in place, not back because the bad customer service experienced at the thru drive. The negative attitude is only terrible. The person who takes the order is unfriendly, rude and cannot even recognize you often. Look at Culver's Drive thru and see what excellent customer service is. Friendly, friendly, helpful, patient... calm that you want to come back. I love Steak n Shake, but I don't get bad attitudes with some employees. You can't afford to drive customers away Steak n Shake. You need to find a solution... whatever you train now is not working at several locations.

Exactly filled order, but French pommes were cold. to forget. or offer advertised free pommes. again thru drive thru, fries were hot now.

I really wish they would open the dining room. I'm driving a truck for a life so it's hard to take him through the drive-thru and take out socks because I sometimes get out of my truck and want to stretch my legs.
