The ghost pepper wings are the best. Let me tell you how good they are. They're so good I bought some on a Friday night. And went right back that Saturday night and placed another order to go. I highly recommend them. I'm going to place an order or 2 for my lunch today. Sincerely Janay Allen

Asked for a 2 piece dark meat and this is what I get. The wing is bigger that. 2 fingers and got a breast. Smh.

Today I went in after placing an order on the mobile app. It was confirmed and I even showed up almost 30 minutes after the order. Once I arrived and walked in; the young lady at the register did not stop to acknowledge me, I spoke up and attempted to get her attention but she just ignored me. There were two guys behind me and they even said something as well. Once she finally decided to give me attention she had a bad attitude and a mean look. I provided her my order number and name and even showed her my receipt from online. She stated she did not see my order and that it had not came in yet. Then asked did I just place my order. I told her no and that my order was placed almost 30 minutes ago and that my ticket even gave me a time at which it would be ready. She still had an attitude and then two other people came to see what was the issue. I was being told that my order could not be found. I was asked multiple times my name and I kept showing them all my order but they pretty much had an issue. I almost left without my food because I was getting fed up with the rude service. Eventually I was helped and got my food after again stating my name and then stating what I ordered. I will never go back to this establishment again. And this is not the first time I have experienced terrible customer service here I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But no more! Don’t go here

I am extremely disgusted with this particular establishment. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich Dinner, 8Pc Nuggets Dinner, and 2Pc Strawberry Dinner for delivery, and when I received my order I found a pair of used gloves in my food! That’s completely unacceptable! Fortunately for me I didn’t take a single bite out of anything I ordered. I had to throw everything away. To me this was done on purpose and couldn’t be an accident. Beware of this place because the employees who work there are nasty and don’t care about how they serve or handle the customer’s food. This is clearly a violation of food safety. I will not be ordering from this place again!

Slowest drive thru consistently. They ask you to back up to trigger some clock or something. Could be better. I've been going there 7 plus years. Always slow but today took the cake
