Always a great place to visit. Service is always great! Food has never been a disappointment. The house sandwich bread is yummy. Cakes are soooo amazing.

Evie's is everything you hope to find in a neighborhood cafe. Wonderful menu, lots of vegan choices. The kids will be happy too. Save room for cake! Great selection. Full bakery on site, YUM. Can't miss at Evie's.

Evie's is a hidden gem in Southwest Roanoke. I was greeted upon entry by a sweet server named Madelyn (spelling? . I had the burger special with pasta salad and cole slaw. It was all perfectly seasoned and delicious! The owner (I presume came in while I was eating. She was smiling and welcoming. I bought a reasonably priced cake or my daughter's birthday as well. Will return again soon.

I like eating here, small patio or large dining area on the inside. Food is always delicious, I had the crab salad and I could eat this like every day. The desert menu has all kinds of tasty cakes. Everyone is really nice as well.

I previously ordered a cake from Evie's, and while the cakes themselves are tasty, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to order a cake for my daughter's graduation and communicated my preferences. The staff member confirmed that she could accommodate my request and quoted a price, which I agreed to. However, when I mentioned that I would like to come in tomorrow, she interrupted me, insisting that I needed to pay today. I believe customers should have the opportunity to finalize details without being rushed into immediate payment, but she quickly stated that she didn’t have time for that and pressured me to either place the order or walk away.
