Taco Bell - Roanoke

I visited recently and was delighted by the cashiers and their cheerful personalities! The gentleman who prepared my food even called out to confirm my special requests. What a wonderful team on the evening of June 20th!

Despite the chaos, we waited patiently for about 20 minutes for our food, and it was excellent. We want to express our gratitude to everyone who showed up for their shift and worked diligently amidst the turmoil. People can be incredibly disrespectful, but the team at this Taco Bell truly excelled last night.

Today was incredibly busy, and it was clear that some customers were frustrated with the staff. However, there were four team members working tonight, and they handled it remarkably well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Please make sure to thank these individuals for their hard work!
