Immacolata Ranch - ROCCARASO

Discovered by chance on the road from the centre of Roccaraso to Pietransieri, Immacolata Ranch is a restaurant just open. What is surprising is the immensity of the spaces: a large garden, covered in snow at this time, and a large interior room with a majestic fireplace. I was there in a party and the restaurant, although full, was not chaotic in fact the Christmas atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace and the good food made the lunch really special. The appetizers are typical of the mountain with polenta, sliced and cheese, vegetables and truffles. My choice for the first fell on the noodles with mushrooms and truffles that were really good; and also the seconds to the slab were excellent. There is a small room with television for the little ones.

Consigliato da un amico, abbiamo deciso di passare una domenica fuoriporta . Premetto che non amo particolarmente la cucina casereccia, invece mi son dovuta ricredere. Piatti curati in ogni particolare e davvero gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da una bella presentazione e dalla cortesia e simpatia dei proprietari. Abbiamo iniziato dagli antipasti freddi/caldi ricchi e vari, due assaggi di primi piatti e x secondo non potevano mancare gli arrosticini. Abbiamo concluso con due semifreddi frutti di bosco e pistacchio, davvero buoni.consiglio vivamente. Ci torneremo presto. Grazie per tutto a samuel e al suo papà
