Dunkin' - Rochelle Park

The service was slow, the donuts were decent, but the refresher drinks were quite enjoyable.

I ordered a coffee and avocado toast through the app before the store became busy. While I received my coffee, they mistakenly gave my toast to someone who ordered in-store after they made a comment about how slow the service was. This happened about 10 minutes after I placed my order. As the line grew, it was clear they were prioritizing the people in the store. After waiting 15 minutes, I inquired about the status of my order, and the staff member took my ticket and started making the rest of my food at that moment. In the meantime, they had already handed out at least five orders of hot food, including the toast that was supposed to be mine. Ultimately, they did not complete my order. I’ve only visited this location a couple of times, but this seems to be the standard for service. I cannot recommend this place, especially with a deli and a 7/11 right next door.

This restaurant has the rudest service I've ever encountered. I actually paid and left without receiving my coffee. In addition to the messy appearance of the place, the woman who served me was confrontational and unpleasant. I will never return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

This was the smallest Dunkin I've ever been in. Nonetheless, it was excellent. Quick service, great coffee and a delicious bagel.. can't go wrong with that.

The lady who works in the morning was so rude to me this morning. She accused me of not paying last time when I got a hot coffee but I literally did cuz I showed her that the money has been deducted from my account. She was like ?idk about that but yourcard didn?t work last time and I had to cancel the order? and she charged me for a large iced coffee but I been getting hotcoffee since the winter started. She started to yelling at me in front of all other customers saying she been working there for17 years blah blah. I was just like do you really remember all the customers and their orders???? I never had an issue with anyof the other ladies who works there and they are very friendly with me as well but this lady is the worst.
