Charlies-rochester Pizza

I suggested we try Charlie's for pizza while I was in Rochester with friends, and we all loved the tasty food and outstanding customer service. The restaurant was clean, the delivery was quick, and the overall experience surpassed that of other pizza places in the area.

I was charged $3 in tax for a small Greek salad and an extra fee for the feta, totaling $11 for a small salad. I didn't find it to be worth it either, so I won't be returning.

I’m sorry, but those who are complaining probably shouldn’t be ordering from anywhere. It seems like they’ve had too much cheese and have been coddled for too long. Anyway, I have no complaints; you are truly the best pizza place in town. I just wish you were open a little later at night, at least for takeout. I relied on your food for a couple of months when we were first impacted by the pandemic. By the time I got off work, the only places open were you and Cumberland Farms. So, thank you for that!

Charlie's has very good food. The only areas he needs to improve in is his soda dept. where he needs to get more 2 liters of soda and his desert department where he needs to offer either homemade cookies or brownies.

High prices for such tiny portions. Meatball subs are really tiny little finger sandwiches. I will NEVER eat here again
