The food is usually pretty good here, prices are so-so, but the attitude and service from many of the workers here needs an overhaul.

Would Rate 0 starts if i could got 3 chicken littles they all were molded ordered a 3pc chicken box skin was not even done on the chicken just ridiculous not to mention i got sick after eating my 3peice chicken box im done with fast food

First, if you’re offering special offers as seen online, I recommend making sure that you note that they’re exclusively online ordering only. Second was not given my side order of fries, biscuit or medium drink on my nugget combo. Dissatisfied

I was picking up 2 mobile orders. She could not get my name right and kept bringing me other people's orders. Finally she got it right. When I got home one order was right, the other was not. Gates and Greece locations are hit and miss. Mostly miss. Webster was always on par but too far away.

Drive thru order, customer service was good, but I ordered a $1 donation for a coupon book, and I never received it. Food is constantly good at the Lyell Ave location in Gates.
