Mcdonald's - Rochester

Stopped by this restaurant for a quick family meal. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that a part of my order was missing. Although the food was good, it was incomplete and by the time I noticed, it was too late to do anything about it. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

My friend has special dietary restrictions. She ordered specific dishes, but there was a misunderstanding. The restaurant staff quickly corrected the mistake without any hesitation. They were very understanding, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. A big thank you to them! The food was exceptional, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

It appeared that the cashier took a photo of our credit card before processing the transaction. It is unclear if this actually occurred, but it certainly looked that way. We attempted to contact the restaurant by phone, but there was no answer and no option to leave a voicemail.

Usual mcdonald’s. typical decent service. it just went through the drive-thru and everything was as desired. satisfied food: 4/5

Hey it's Mcdonald. The food is the normal fare. They generalloy get the order correct but I always double check what they gave me before I drive away because they do occasionally make mistakes. IilFood: 5/5
