Taco Bell - Rochester

I just had a meal at this location, and it was excellent. When I inquired about the fries—whether they were soggy or crispy—the staff offered to make a fresh batch for me, which turned out to be perfectly crispy. I thought that was a fantastic display of customer service. I also spoke with Jacob at the drive-thru, and he was incredibly friendly, answering all my questions with great detail. This level of service is what I would expect from a five-star steakhouse, not a fast-food establishment. Keep up the amazing work! As a business owner, I would recommend giving these employees a raise and treating them well, as good help is increasingly hard to find these days. I recently visited a nearby fast-food chicken place and experienced very poor service. The employees at this Taco Bell are exactly the kind of people you want running your business!

Last night (Easter Sunday) around 8:30, the person working the window was fantastic. When we arrived to place our order, he promptly informed us of the items they were out of and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Another customer became upset about the limited menu options (which I think is unreasonable considering it was a national holiday and late at night) and even drove over the lawn as we approached the window. The cashier handled the situation like a pro, remaining completely unfazed and cracking some hilarious jokes while putting our order together. He truly made our evening special. My receipt showed his name as Alan, but his energy definitely felt more like a "Chad." From now on, I will make an effort to come to this Taco Bell specifically.

Wow! I just had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell since moving to the area! The drive-thru staff greeted me with a friendly smile, and my order was absolutely perfect! My cheese quesadilla with extra cheese was incredible. I would have shared a picture, but we devoured our food so quickly that we didn’t even think to take one before diving in. Now, I’m here to share this review. Thanks, everyone!

The food is good and the service is quick, but the ordering can be inconsistent. I typically order the same dish each time, but it doesn't always match what I received on my last visit. Also, I don't appreciate having to pay extra for making changes, like removing the bark meat. Just something to consider.

Oh, taco Bell....what an interesting place to be after midnight! first, I would like to give a great height of five to the employees who tolerate the behavior of some of their late night clients with just a little bit. secondly, speed, efficiency and accuracy are equal to zero. Finally, to which is intoxicated man, who went thru (stumbling thru) the drive thru.......big things come in the regular in small packages, but not in their case, bro! do not lie or flatter them. also taco bell yum!
