The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. We especially enjoyed having Kim as our server!
The food at 5 West is consistently delicious! However, the service could use some improvement.
The music at this restaurant is too loud; even with just two of us, we had to raise our voices to be heard. By the end of the meal, our throats were sore. However, I do enjoy the food here, so I keep coming back. I just wish they would lower the volume. The louder people have to talk, the louder the music becomes in the restaurant.
We had brunch. Great food and great service. We were in the side room. Less noisy, but too many tables crammed together. Felt sorry for the waiters.
