Einstein Bros. Bagels - Rochester Hills

Went inside, waited 12 minutes before my order was taken, and I was first in line. She then took All the orders of the long queue following me before I could pay for a coffee and leave.My first and only time I will ever go there.Unorganized and inconsiderate people do not acknowledge the customers.

The nicest staff I’ve ever encountered! Excellent service everytime I visit . The location is always clean and the food and drinks are amazing ! My dog loves the doggy bagels !!

Order a bag of bagels says it comes w a tub of cream cheese- it even asks me what kind I would like I choose plain. I get my bagels and NO cream cheese! SMH….Never again folks! Find another bagel place .

Is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online in this store and always the same I came directly to the pick up area and my order hasn't been even started to be prepared, I always have to ask for my order And then they stat to prepare it.

Honestly I haven’t been to Einstein in a while and when I went today I probably won’t ever be back. Ordered a sausage and cheese 6 cheese bagel and a coffee, waited 10+ mins even tho they weren’t that busy. Made my coffee which I thought was regular brew cause of the sign that was on it. Got my bagel and had to rush out cause they were gonna make me late for work. Opened my sandwich while driving and it had egg on it which I didn’t ask for cause I don’t like eggs that much, looked at receipt and ofCourse I got charged for it. When I finally had a chance to drink some of my coffee it was very dark and bitter, so I’m assuming someone didn’t do their job right and brewed dark roast and put it in the regular container. Worst experience I have ever had at an Einstein Bros and probably the last time I will be going. Plus the sandwich was not that good for how much money I paid for everything. Complete waste of money and time.
