Days Inn By Wyndham Rock Falls

Hotel is being renovated very nice staff is friendly, only stayed 1 night but rested well, rooms were like new. Didn’t get a chance to use pool, but went and looked, clean well cared for overall great experience would definitely stay again

My family and I stayed here before the world shut down in 2020. While it is an older hotel, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean as was the whole hotel really. The breakfast was decent and the attached restaurant was great. The location was perfect to where we needed to be too. So, when we returned to Rock falls, I wanted to see about staying there again. The price is great too. I was so happy to find that they had redone the pool, the staff was different but super friendly an accommodating. The breakfast was great and the attached restaurant changed to include Indian food which happens to be my favorite.The front desk attendant was so incredibly kind to my toddler who found the automatic door amusing ? ? I would highly recommend this hotel. Sure it isn't brand new, but I've been in brand new hotels that were dirty had had horrible staff.So, if you want clean rooms, a well kept pool, included breakfast and above all accommodating and friendly staff, for a great price, this is the place for you!Rooms were standard sizes and clean. Amenities were great.

No bottled water, even from vending machine or attached restaurant. was told 'is vendor problem '. Also, no privacy/blackout curtains, so was kept up by street lights and lack of privacy.Rooms: 2/5

The pool still not open but the spa was running and water in pool? The sheets are thread bare and bed uncomfortable, bath towels are small and old, the shower didn 't work properly! The b 'fast was very limited; only apple juice, waffle machine didn 't work and no fruit at all! The TV has the barest of channels and the reception is horrible. I 'll never stay here again but you get what you pay for . Spend the extra dollars and stay someplace nice.

The breakfast menu was waffles, grits, oatmeal, cereal, juice milk/juice. And there was not much left 8am and did not see anyone to ask for more if needed. Coffee was fine! I would not stay here againFood drinks: Nothing great to say here, except good coffee, had to find restaurant me and my family could go to for breakfast before we hit the road
