Bidra med feedbackI had the best experience here! I didn't catch the name of the blonde waitress, but she said "love" a lot. The coffee was really fresh, and she provided excellent customer service! Great job!
I had a frustrating experience this morning when a group of people in a white SUV decided to stop right in the middle of the road to let a worker out. There were plenty of parking spots available, so it was quite unnecessary. Things got worse when the employees in the SUV followed me, yelling and throwing things out of the window. If your employees can't manage their guests' behavior on company property, perhaps they shouldn't be representing your business. As an update, it seems that Dunkin' prefers to employ individuals who act inappropriately without any regard for decorum. I have lost respect for this franchise owner and for Dunkin' as a whole.
The staff were gathered together chatting, and we were informed that the lobby closes at 7:00 PM, so we needed to wrap up and leave. I won't be returning.
Coffee was great think the girl at the window was having a bad day though.
What terrible service. We went inside and waited for 10 minutes just to order. Meanwhile they processed 15 drove thru cars while we just stood waiting to order. How stupid. Don't bother going into this place.
