Triple P Bbq - Rock Falls

Our waitress was excellent. My partner and I decided to give this restaurant another try, as they have brought back their menu and his father is in town and wanted to give it a go. Unfortunately, the evening was not the best time to visit as the smoked chicken was dry and the wings that my partner and father-in-law ordered were tough and barely edible. This place used to be known for its smoked food, but it has definitely gone downhill. The manager kindly deducted some money from our bill and acknowledged that the wings were overly tough.

I ordered a burger cooked medium well but received burned and overcooked burgers instead. I was not impressed with the quality. If it weren't for the delicious cake, I would have given this restaurant a rating of 1 star.

My first time at Rock If, and the Triple P BBQ was a perfect introduction. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Three P is the absolute perfect place for a great meal and atmosphere. Guests will enjoy eating here. Three P is definitely one of the best choices they can make.

I give a three because I felt so bad for the staff. we visited the vatertag and they were from burgers and ribs. our waitress was very apologetic and explained that they only lacked 1 cook and several employees. eating was ok, not impressive, which was surprising as we had previously visited the other location and thought the quality was good.

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we had 2 waitresses due to a shift change. The first one was great but the 2nd one not so much, she was not attentive and got part of the order wrong. We did not complain because it was getting busy and we had an appointment to get to soon, hopefully she was just having a bad day and will improve.
