O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Rock Hill

The restaurant offers a lovely family-friendly atmosphere and delivers delicious meals, just like always.

Today's visit was exceptional. Morgan M. provided outstanding service. It was a pleasure to be greeted warmly by Debra, the manager, upon our arrival, and she checked in on us throughout our meal to ensure we were satisfied. Our food was fresh and served hot. I look forward to dining at the Rock Hill location again soon. Keep up the great work!

Overall, our dining experience was good, but when we ordered takeout, we encountered some issues. The potato soup was watery and separated, the rolls were burnt, and the mac and cheese for the kids had only a small amount of dried cheese sauce.

More beautiful place if you like to wait on a table, a drink and you eat from a restaurant that is all but empty. we didn't eat that, because it tasted sour. then we had to ask for our pages. they spend their money somewhere else.

Party of 7, Sat for over an hour waiting for food in an almost empty restaurant. Finally asked them to box it up and waitress said she was just about to bring it out. 20 minutes later it still wasn't out. When it finally came she gave us attitude and said it takes a while to box it all up. We get it to the car no silverware. My family and I have all worked in restaurants at some point and we know this is not how it works. This was by far the worst restaurant experience and I will never eat there again.
