Fusion Dish - Rockford

Food has potential. Only tried 1 court, but I will come back to try the Sezchwuan safely.

This is undoubtedly the best Chinese restaurant north of 96, and perhaps even in the greater Grand Rapids area. They prepare everything from scratch, ensuring that the food is always fresh and delicious. The young lady at the phone front counter is incredibly nice and friendly, even though she is constantly busy from opening to closing. Sometimes, you might need to call a few times before she can answer because she's busy taking orders on another line, and occasionally, you may have to wait a bit longer for your food due to the high volume of customers. I believe she's essentially managing the operation on her own, but the wait is definitely worthwhile. I've tried every other Chinese restaurant in the Rockford-Comstock-Sparta-Cedar area (including those on the Alps), and I always end up coming back to Fusion Dish.

Everything was made from scratch and absolutely delicious. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. The customer service is excellent. I can honestly say it's the best crab rangoon I've ever had!

The food is fantastic and the portion sizes are generous. Whenever they're closed, we feel like we’re missing out, as this is the best Chinese restaurant in Rockford.
