Pizzeria Grande - Rockford

Without a doubt, this is the best pizza in Rockford! The crust has a delightful buttery crunch, and both the sauce and cheese are much fresher and tastier than what you’d find at any chain pizza restaurant. The happy breadsticks are fantastic as well!

Excellent staff! It was my first time in the area, and I know they were busy during the lunch rush. However, my questions were answered promptly and kindly over the phone when I placed my order.

Absolutely fantastic pizza—without a doubt the best we've had in years! The service was wonderful, and the food was great. We will definitely be ordering from Pizzeria Grande again. The crust was excellent, and the vegetables and cheese were top-notch. They also offer a nice selection of gluten-free pizzas and cheesy bites. It's clear that the chefs and owners really know what they're doing!

My family stopped for dinner when we got through, in a mood, and we're so glad we made it! The food, great! The price, affordable! But better still, the teamwork we saw was excellent. Even with help wanted to release shields, they seemed to have an appropriate crew that worked together and made it the experience that much better.

Their subs are fantastic. My only complaint is they have a sub called a pizza sub which is lackluster, and a sub called the pizza perfect sub which is my favorite. Often I order a pizza perfect and get a pizza. I really wish they would rename one of them.
