The only available option is hot and spicy, and the manager on duty, Chris, may need some retraining. Thank you Red Rooster for providing a much better experience.
Do not waste your money. We spent $67 on terrible food. We all know that KFC is not usually the best choice, but after a long day of traveling with three tired and cranky children, sometimes it seems like the easiest option. My husband decided to go to KFC because he was too exhausted to look for something better, and we thought it would be a safe choice. But it was all terrible. The burger, the nuggets, everything was disgusting. And to top it off, they forgot to give us two chips and the nugget sauce. Why am I even surprised? They always manage to mess something up.
On Saturday afternoon, we experienced terrible customer service at this restaurant. The staff seemed unqualified and poorly trained, showing no signs of friendliness such as a simple smile. Additionally, the place was incredibly dirty.
At the drive thru, paid at the window, drove to the pick-up window and the muppet came with mountain dew instead of pepsi max. he told him we ordered pepsi max, but he was too lazy to go back to the refrigerator and. to change it. would not give a refund for the drink
It was great as i am local and you people are not and i know more about KFC then any of you people ever will!
