No season on fries, biscuits very hard, chicken mummified

More than half my order was missing...chicken cold and dry. Tenders were very dry. asked for WMO. Ignored... Huge disappointment. Door Dash issued full refund for the stores mistake. Cannot recommend this store.

I paid 11.00 for this 3 piece supreme combo and the 3 I received are ridiculously small. And all of our food was cold. We ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. And both of orders had no gravy. I paid 85.00 for this order and the only good was the dirty rice .

The fries were missing and the sausage egg and cheese was missing the egg and cheese.

Ordered a 8pc a few weeks ago for dinner and it looked like it was left over from the day before, skin half pulled off and drier than 2 grit sandpaper, the Mac n cheese and potato containers were half full and disgusting! Cold, dry, flavorless. Could have busted a car windshield with the Bo-Berry biscuits, Gave them a 2nd try today, because people have bad days, umm yea no! potatoes drip off the spoon like soup-theres a better chance of drinking water upside down than actually getting the "potatoes" to hold gravy , Mac n cheese looked like it came from a half operable Microwave in 1987, no biscuits, incorrect number of chicken and the ones we did get were so greasy no one can eat them!! I could use the chicken to fix every squeaking hinge in the house. Im so over this Bojangles, it. Sucks!! Someone needs to fix it!!! We wont be going back until we SEE and HEAR good reviews on a regular. I will be contacting corporate....again
